Jennifer Brugger, Kitsap WWL President, provided the following comments about the recent dinner meeting:
The Kitsap Chapter of the WWL gathered for a social event at Sogno di Vino in Poulsbo on July 28. We were pleased to try a venue in the north end of Kitsap County to attract more women lawyers from the Bainbridge Island/Poulsbo area. We enjoyed discussing work and our successes and challenges of practice. We were fortunate to have Judge Robin Hunt from the Court of Appeals in attendance and she shared some stories about her work on the court. Judge Hunt gave us a preview of an upcoming CLE she will be presenting for the Kitsap Chapter on appellate practice. Everyone enjoyed the food, drink, and camaraderie.
