In State v. Blake (2021) the Washington State Supreme Court ruled that the state's former drug possession law was unconstitutional.  As a result, thousands of persons in Washington state may be eligible to have their convictions vacated, and/or may be eligible for resentencing.  The Washington State Office of Public Defense (OPD) Blake Defense Team has funds available to contract with attorneys to represent indigent persons who may be eligible for relief from unconstitutional convictions per State v.
