Saturday CLE & Luncheon
Your lunch choices will be:
- Bistro Chicken: Balsamic-glazed chicken breast, sliced ham, mozzarella, arugula, and parmesan aioli.
- Turkey Club Wrap: Sliced turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato with a cranberry cream cheese spread served in a wrap.
- Vegetarian Wrap: Grilled mushrooms, red onion, zucchini, roasted red pepper, basil pesto, marinated tomato and cucumber served in a spinach tortilla wrap.
Saturday Dinner & Keynote
Your dinner choices will be:
- Steak: Tuscan Grilled Flank Steak, Mascarpone Mashed Potatoes, Seasonal Veg, Truffled Balsamic
- Salmon: Roasted Salmon, Seasonal Veg, Romana Cream Sauce, Basil Salsa Fresca
- Vegetarian: Roasted Thyme Butternut Squash w/toasted walnuts, brûlée’d Goat Cheese, Balsamic Glaze
