Women in the Judiciary: Judicial Review of Environmental Cases

In celebration of Women's History Month, Beveridge & Diamond's Women's Initiative will host a panel discussion, Women in the Judiciary: Judicial Review of Environmental Cases, followed by a cocktail reception on March 10, 2020. 

The discussion—featuring Justice Mary Yu from the Washington Supreme Court, Judge Beth Andrus from the Washington State Court of Appeals, and Judge Judith Ramseyer from the King County Superior Court—will center around how the judiciary reviews and decides environmental and land use cases, and will highlight challenges the panelists have faced as women in the judiciary.
