MORE ON THE CLE:

A year ago this month, we were mandated by the Governor to “shelter in.” It seemed like a little vacation. We baked, read a little more and spent quality time with our families. It felt almost magical. Who knew that one year later we’d be wearing masks everywhere we go, experiencing COVID fatigue, and forgetting what our regular lives used to look like. Add to that, the difficulties and complexities we’ve faced professionally and we are pretty much SPENT!

In this last year we have used all kinds of unhealthy medicators (leaning on something external to escape something internal) to cope with the difficulties we’ve faced. Now, more than ever, it is necessary to understand and practice healthy coping skills.

Letha Brandenburg has been helping women take care of themselves physically and emotionally for the last 40 years. She’s convinced that permanent transformation of any part of the self-let alone the physical body-requires a deeper work of inner healing. Letha believes that it is the human condition; we ignore our internal life, and as a result, we don’t not have the outside “life” we desire, relationally or functionally.

Spend the hour with Letha on Monday, March 8th at Noon and be inspired to nurture and care for yourself from the inside out. She’ll be sharing some powerful coping skills that have transformed her life and encourage you to do the same for yourself in the midst of these trying times.
