Join us on March 23 for a free online screening of the documentary “A Woman’s Work: The NFL’s Cheerleader Problem,” followed by a panel discussion with experts.

Hosted by Equal Rights Advocates and California Women Lawyers, football and feminism collide in this documentary about the fight for fair pay and workplace justice in professional cheerleading. Directed by Yu Gu and produced by Elizabeth Ai, the film follows two former cheerleaders as they expose the gender inequality at the heart of America’s favorite pastime while facing exile from their communities and the job they love. Their fight is a microcosm of the battle women wage across all industries today.
