This seminar will examine the roles and responsibilities of attorneys as both board members and legal counsel of nonprofit organizations. Experienced attorneys will explain how to effectively and ethically wear both your board member and your attorney hats, as well as the basics of nonprofit law that every attorney working with nonprofit organizations should know. We will answer the following questions and more.

The seminar will be hosted at the office of Tacoma law firm Gordon Thomas Honeywell.
