The Practice Within The Practice

On November 10th from 9-4pm, Sevilla and Greg Wolk will guide a day-long retreat-style workshop offering legal professionals mindfulness instruction, practice and dialogue on integration of mindfulness into law practice. An opportunity for self-care, establishing a mindfulness practice and finding community.

The instructors are experienced attorneys, as well as meditation instructors. Greg’s mindfulness training includes ten years of study with Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, internationally renowned teacher and author. For information about Greg’s legal work see: www.gregwolklaw.com.
