Did you know that building a strong immune system is not just about eating well and getting enough rest? It’s also about food intolerances, environmental toxins and stress, as well as about antibiotics and your social interactions. In this talk, you will learn easy steps you can take to build a Super Immunityundefinedthe kind that can fight the common cold as well as more serious diseases. Come join us and our speaker Laren Watson to find out more!
Laren Watson - Laren Watson is a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach and Stage IV Cancer Survivor. Having discovered she had a dairy allergy in her 40’s, she cleaned up her diet and reaped the benefits of figuring out what foods her body liked, only to discover four years later that the stress on her immune system all those years had potentially allowed for a rare type of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma to grow undetected. She has spent the past year ridding her body of cancer and is passionate about sharing all that she has learned as a health coach and cancer survivor. She strongly believes that it is not only nutritious food but a healthy lifestyle that creates a balanced, healthy bodyundefinedone that will thrive in today’s high stress culture. She speaks at corporations, has individual coaching clients, and has published numerous articles on various wellness websites. She can be reached by email at laren@eatingwell-livingwell or through her website at www.eatingwell-livingwell.com.
