Floyd, Pflueger & Ringer, P.S.  seeks an experienced litigation/insurance defense associate with at least three years' experience.  Strong research and writing skills are required.  Clerkship experience a plus.  Responsibilities will include all aspects of a defense litigation practice including drafting and opposing motions; conducting depositions; court appearances, mediations/arbitrations, and trial. Experience working with insurance companies and within their respective guidelines is a plus, but not required.
