The Seattle office of Perkins Coie LLP seeks an attorney with two to five years of experience in trademark, copyright, trade secret and/or false advertising issues and disputes to work with our Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising practice.  Perkins’ TCIA lawyers help clients in the software, video game, internet, outdoor, retail, and other industries protect and defend their hard-earned and valuable IP rights through counseling, enforcement programs, administrative disputes, and litigation.  You’d be joining this interesting, fun, busy, and growing practice.      

Attention to detail, the ability to work well in a group, as well as the ability to work independently, are important characteristics. Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills and a proven track record in a practice that involves enforcement and disputes, preferably focused on or involving trademark, copyright, domain name, and advertising issues.  Federal clerkship experience is preferred but not necessary, as is experience in a large law firm setting.  Please submit a resume, cover letter, law school transcript, writing sample and references.
