Policy Analyst – The Office is recruiting for 2 permanent full-time Policy Analysts, one to administer and provide support to the AGO for environmental justice requirements enumerated under the HEAL Act, and the other will manage the YES Tipline Advisory Committee and develop and implement processes for risk assessment, data retention and regularly review analysis and reporting of the YES Tipline program.
Policy Analyst (non perm) – The Office is recruiting for 3 non-permanent Policy Analysts. One will be assigned to work on matters relative to SB 5259 (use of force data program), one to work on matters relative to the Jail Standards Taskforce, and one to support the Office’s efforts to satisfy HB 1310 which requires the Office to develop model policies on law enforcement use of force and de-escalation tactics.

AAG - Agriculture and Health Division (DL: 7/6/21) - The Agriculture and Health Division seeks two attorneys to serve as AAGs and join its team committed to protecting our state's health, agricultural community, economy, and cultural resources. One position is for an attorney with experience, and the other is open to entry-level and experienced candidates.
AAG - Government Compliance and Enforcement Division's Enforcement Section (DL: 7/6/21) - The Government Compliance & Enforcement Division seeks applicants for two openings in its Enforcement Section. These positions will represent the Criminal Justice Training Commission and the Liquor and Cannabis Board, and may serve as back up to other section clients such as the Public Disclosure Commission and the Executive Ethics Board.
AAG - Medicaid Fraud Control Division (DL: 7/11/21) - The Medicaid Fraud Control Division seeks a PROSECUTOR/LITIGATOR to investigate, prosecute and litigate Medicaid provider fraud as well as abuse and neglect of persons in residential facilities using a full array of civil and criminal remedies.
