Dimension Law Group is a women owned and operated boutique law firm located in Tukwila, WA. We work with small businesses, families, and individuals to help them plan and protect their businesses and families so they can prosper.

We exclusively practice in the areas of landlord/tenant law, transactional real estate, business law, probate, and estate planning. We are looking to add a full-time associate attorney to our family-oriented environment. Our current team includes 3 attorneys, two paralegals, a legal assistance and a receptionist.

QUALIFICATIONS

The right fit applicant would have the following qualifications:

1.     Applicants must be a WA licensed attorney.

2.     3-5 years experience in landlord tenant law and real estate law. Additional experience in business, estate planning, or probate is a plus but not required.

3.     Someone who is adaptable, a fast learner, has a positive attitude, is deadline oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

4.     Has excellent legal research and writing skills, have courtroom experience in Landlord/Tenant law, possess good organizational and case management skills, the ability to handle a case independently from start to closure, and confidence in speaking to clients, defendants, the court, and occasionally presenting to the public in a teaching capacity.

5.     Computer and technology proficient.

6.     Likes to have fun and participate in team building activities.

COMPENSATION

Our compensation structure is competitive with other law firms in the area. The specific compensation package will depend on experience, skills, and knowledge base. We offer a benefits package that includes malpractice insurance, annual license fees, continuing legal education, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, a firm-matching retirement plan.
