Perkins Coie is seeking a mid-level to entry-level associate to join our Financial Transactions practice group in the Seattle office. Applicant must have one to three years of experience in banking and commercial and real estate finance. Accounting background and experience is preferred, but not required. All candidates must have strong academic credentials and be a member of, or will join, the Washington State Bar.
