Associate Attorney - Business Transactional

Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson P.S. (HCMP) is seeking an associate attorney to become an integral part of our firm’s transactional teams. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of transactional experience, including documentation and closing of various business transactions. Applicable experience includes financing transactions (lender and borrower), M&A, real estate and corporate governance. The role also includes business planning and structuring, and preparing governing documents for corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.
