Associate Attorney – Real Estate

 

Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson P.S. (HCMP) is seeking an associate attorney to become an integral part of the firm’s growing real estate transactional team. The ideal candidate will be junior to mid-level attorney with at least one year of general transactional experience. We are looking for a team player, a creative and practical problem solver, and a colleague with a good sense of humor. In this position, you will work with the real estate team representing our local, regional, and national clients in a full range of real estate matters, like purchase and sale transactions, leasing, financing, development and construction contracts, joint ventures, and condominium formation and governance documents.
