The IRS, Office of Chief Counsel recently announced plans to hire up to 200 additional attorneys nationwide to help the agency combat syndicated conservation easements, abusive micro-captive insurance arrangements and other tax schemes. These announcements are for experienced hires with various experience levels and as little as one year of legal experience required for some positions (check the announcement for specific eligibility criteria).
