We are looking for an associate to join our sophisticated Business Group.  Our Business attorneys bring a wealth of experience and deep relationships with some of the Puget Sound region’s most innovative companies and individuals.  We represent clients with respect to corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, business transactions, intellectual property & technology transactions, security & privacy, employment and tax.

The ideal candidate will have 2 – 6 years of relevant experience in general corporate transactions, M&A, and financing. The candidate should preferably have experience as a junior or midlevel associate with experience drafting complex transactional and commercial agreements, conducting due diligence and managing the due diligence process in M&A transactions, coordinating internal and client teams in all stages of a strategic transaction, and drafting and negotiating equity financing and convertible debt securities documents. Superior academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and current WSBA membership (or membership in another state bar plus the ability to pursue WSBA membership) are required.
