Skellenger Bender, P.S. invites candidates with at least 2-3 years of Washington family law litigation experience to join our esteemed team. We are an established firm with family law, criminal defense, and civil rights practices, offering a unique opportunity to join our forward-thinking, collegial group of professionals continually working to elevate the practice of family law.

Experience working with contested parenting matters, complex financial estates, and high net worth clients preferred. We are passionate advocates, superb legal writers, strong litigators, and share a commitment to social justice and providing stellar representation to diverse client populations.

Annual Base Salary Range: $100,000 to $160,000 per year. Associate Attorneys are also eligible to receive annual bonuses, as well as discretionary 401(k) profit-sharing contributions.

We offer up to 50% remote work and plentiful advancement opportunities.
