Smith + Malek, PLLC is a mid-sized firm seeking an attorney with at least three years of active litigation experience to join our civil litigation practice focused on real estate and business law. Strong research and writing skills, ability to work both within a team and independently, and attention to detail required. Prior courtroom experience strongly preferred. The salary range is $110,000 to $180,000 per year depending on experience. Additionally, eligible attorneys can participate in profit sharing.
