Expanding our environmental and natural resources expertise is one of Stoel Rives' priorities in its strategic plan, and our nationally recognized Environment, Land Use and Natural Resources practice is a key source of our strength. We represent major businesses in the manufacturing, agricultural, forest products, mining, oil & gas, and renewable energy industries. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with agency officials and industry associations and you will have the opportunity to work on interesting, long-term projects with established clients.
If you are interested in working with a group of collaborative, hard-working, and dedicated lawyers and staff, this is the place for you.

This attorney will also advise clients on the environmental aspects of real estate and corporate transactions including identifying and allocating environmental risks, negotiating and drafting environmental provisions of transaction documents, and obtaining and reviewing environmental site assessments and other diligence materials.

All our attorneys gain exceptional first-hand experience on sophisticated legal matters through their work with other lawyers and clients involving a variety of complex and cutting-edge issues pertaining to natural resources, wildlife, and environmental laws.
