Position Title: Civil Litigation Attorney

Martens + Associates | P.S. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 years litigation experience to join its civil litigation practice.   Deposition and motion practice experience required; trial experience strongly preferred.  The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.  Experience in the field of insurance defense and/or personal injury is desired.  All applicants must be licensed to practice in Washington and be in good standing.  Licensure in Oregon and/or California is also desired, but not required.  Please send application materials including resume, writing sample, and references to the attention of Jane Matthews, via email at jmatthews@martenslegal.com.
