Patent Agent or Associate Attorney Position (Seattle)

The Intellectual Property group of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a Patent Agent (preferred) or Associate Attorney with more than two years’ experience in patent preparation and prosecution for its Seattle office. The position will require development of a broad IP practice and, while the position will focus on preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the software and electrical arts, it will also include providing support on a wide variety of IP issues. Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, cryptography, and related areas is desirable.

Strong academic credentials, writing skills and references required. Only applicants with a CS or BSEE degree, or equivalent industry or law firm experience, and admitted to practice before the USPTO will be considered.
