Costco Wholesale is seeking an attorney to handle a broad range of commercial matters, with primary emphasis on technology procurement and administration, intellectual property (including trademark portfolio management), and international privacy and security compliance.  Negotiating and drafting a variety of merchandise and services agreements and attention to various compliance matters will also be involved.  At least ten years relevant legal experience required, with some as in-house counsel.  Please email cover letter and resume to sgardner@costco.com.
