Senior Associate–Employment and Labor Law (Seattle)

Miller Nash Graham & Dunn ("MNG&D") is seeking a full-time associate with at least six years of experience in employment law, preferably in representation of management/employers, to join its Seattle, Washington office. Traditional labor law experience is a plus but not essential. The successful candidate will be ready to assume a significant role in pending cases, advise clients on Washington and federal employment and labor issues, and be able to independently manage many aspects of litigation. Membership in the Washington State Bar Association or qualification for reciprocity is required.

Experienced Attorneys–Labor and Employment Law (Seattle)

The Seattle, Washington, office of Miller Nash Graham & Dunn (“MNG&D”) is searching for full-time attorneys (ideally, partners) with experience in labor and employment law, preferably in representation of management/employers. Traditional labor law experience is preferred. Successful candidates will be a partner-level attorney with 10+ years of focused experience in Washington and federal employment matters, including advising clients on day-to-day personnel matters, conducting investigations, and defending wage and hour, employment discrimination, disability discrimination and accommodation, and wrongful discharge claims in litigation and administrative agency proceedings. Successful candidates will also be ready to assume a significant role in pending cases, advise clients on Washington and federal labor and employment issues, and be able to handle all aspects of litigation. Some portable business desired. Membership in the Washington State Bar Association or qualification for reciprocity is required.

Experienced Litigation Attorney with Regulatory Focus (Seattle)

The Seattle, Washington, office of Miller Nash Graham & Dunn (“MNG&D”) is seeking a full-time attorney with eight to ten years of practical experience in commercial litigation, with experience working on regulatory and administrative licensing disputes. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working on matters involving administrative agencies, including liquor and cannabis-related matters. Current membership in the Washington State Bar Association or qualification for reciprocity is necessary.
