Helsell Fetterman is seeking an experienced probate paralegal to join a very busy probate and trust administration practice. This person would be part of a two-person paralegal team handling probate and trust administration.  They should be able to communicate well, review and analyze will and trust provisions, work directly with clients, determine title of assets, prepare and file estate taxes, etc. Will include working with high net worth estates.
