Chun, and Judge Lori Kay Smith, of the Washington Court of Appeals, Division One, will have openings for law clerks for the 2020-2022 court term, which begins in August 2020. The Court of Appeals handles appeals from Washington courts of general jurisdiction in all areas of law, including criminal, civil, family, and child dependency matters. These judges seek applicants—lawyers or graduating law students—with diverse personal and professional backgrounds who are interested in legal research, writing and appellate law.
