Mid-Level Cybercrime Enforcement Litigation Associate – Seattle

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks an associate attorney with at least two years of experience in litigation matters and a demonstrated interest in cybercrime enforcement to join its Commercial Litigation Practice Group. 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

·         Experience working in a law firm, prosecutors’ office, or government legal department

·         A passion for protecting clients and the public from harm caused by internet bad actors

·         An interest in focusing on internet fraud and brand protection cases, and leading internal and external investigations

·         An ability to work on both high volume programmatic legal matters, and high-impact strategic complex litigation

·         Outstanding attention to detail

·         Excellent research and writing abilities

·         Client-centric service mindset

Experience representing technology clients is a plus, but not required.

Mid-Level Employment Counsel – Los Angeles

 

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks to hire a Counsel with a minimum of seven years’ experience to join its California and national employment law practice in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have significant advice and counseling experience, some employment litigation experience, and a broad understanding of federal and California employment laws and regulations. Preferably, the candidate will have a majority of experience in an employment practice group or employment-only law firm. The practice will focus on providing advice and counseling to clients concerning employment law issues, with secondary work on employment litigation, including single plaintiff and class action matters. Counseling will include providing advice, drafting policies, handbooks, employment agreements, wage-hour, leave of absences, investigations, etc. For more experienced attorneys interested in this position, a book of business is not required.


The candidate must be a member or pending member of the California State Bar. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, self-motivated lawyer with a desire to build a comprehensive employment practice in a collegial environment.
