Litigation Lateral Associate: Seattle

 

The Seattle office of Van Ness Feldman LLP is seeking an experienced environmental/land-use litigation associate. The candidate should have experience with litigation pertaining to state and federal environmental and/or land use statutes and regulations, such as the National Environmental Policy Act; State Environmental Policy Act; Land Use Petition Act; Growth Management Act; Clean Water Act; Endangered Species Act; the Clean Air Act; and, related statutes. Candidates should have significant experience representing public and private sector clients in state and federal court and in administrative hearings at the local, state or federal levels. Land Use/Natural Resources Lateral Associate: Seattle

The Seattle office of Van Ness Feldman LLP is seeking a land use/natural resources associate to join our dynamic team. Candidates should have experience in permitting, regulatory compliance/enforcement, and/or litigation federal and/or state environmental laws, such as the National Environmental Protection Act, the State Environmental Protection Act, the Endangered Species Act, and the Clean Water Act, or local zoning codes and plans. Preferred experience includes handling complex land use matters, including representation before local land use boards, tribunals, and other administrative agencies.
