The Seattle office of Perkins Coie LLP seeks an attorney with three to five years of experience to work with our Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising practice. The ideal candidate will have well-developed skills in U.S. and international trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution and enforcement. Experience with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy, as well as handling copyright-related issues and registration is strongly preferred. Attention to detail, the ability to work well in a group, as well as the ability to work independently, are important characteristics. Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills and a proven track record in all aspects of a trademark, copyright and domain name practice.
