Announcement of Appellate Law Clerk Opportunity Judge J. Michael (“Mike”) Díaz, of the Washington Court of Appeals, Division One, is seeking to hire a term law clerk to start on August 16, 2024. The term will end on or about August 15, 2026. Judge Diaz will begin accepting applications on June 1, 2023 and will consider applications beginning on June 12, 2023, until the position is filled.
